Celebrations Cakes & Catering has been providing quality service since our founding in 2002. Chef Elaina has always accepted private clients, whenever possible, but now we are taking this venture to a new level. We are currently in the grant-loan process! Soon we will be proud to make the announcement that Celebrations is moving into it’s very first store!

It has always been our mission to tailor-made cakes and events to suit the customers desires and we intend to continue this tradition for years to come. We believe the best way to have the loyalist customer base is to be as creative and flexible as possible. Each and every item and event is special and created with love, attention to detail, and the highest quality ingredients, that way you receive a product that not only looks wonderful but taste fabulous!

Elaina has been working in the food industry since 1988. She graduated culinary school in 1990 and then enrolled at Roosevelt University where she earned a BS in Hospitality Management. Currently she is studying online working towards her MBA.

She has held positions with some of Chicagoland’s finest organizations and has had the pleasure to serve such dignitaries as Barack Obama, Dick Chaney, Bill Clinton, Carol Mosely Braun, and Richard Daley. She is an excellent all around chef, but a supreme baker! Pastry is her calling, and she would love for you to call upon her. She has single-handedly handled events of over 250 persons. She has a creative edge and loves to invest her time to create unique, one-of-a-kind, creations. “There is no better job than one in which you participate in the happiest moments of people’s lives.” Creating food and pastry for joyous occasions is both a challenge and a pleasure.
